Do I have to give you a drawing to manufacture a crate; container or display? No. Our design team can discuss your needs and provide a sketch. You can also provide an AutoCAD or fax a sketch drawing which we will manufacture from. Can you make a custom carton with our logo printed on it? Yes. We can have our design team work with you to choose the right carton style and show you how your logo and shipping information would be placed on the carton. Do you do product testing? ISTA; ASTM; Transit Testing; for FedEx; UPS; DHL? No. We arrange for an independent certified testing facility to do all our testing. Our product keeps getting damaged can you help? Yes. We have the expertise to design an economical solution to any issue you have. Is your lumber certified heat treated to ship to Europe; Asia; Australia? Yes. All our lumber is Heat treated. To limit the entry and spread of quarantine pest through international trade, the International Plant Protection Convention adopted the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures Guidelines for Regulating Wood Packaging Material in International Trade (ISPM 15). Trading partners are adopting the ISPM15 in their import regulations. As the National Plant Protection Organization of the United States, the United States Department of Agriculture, in coordination with the wood packaging material industry, has developed an export program to guarantee compliance with the import requirements of trading countries. The program insures certified treatment and marking of wood packaging material for international trade, while maintaining traceability of the packaging material.
